Mohammed’s story
Two years ago, Mohammed joined the construction company as a quiet, shy and modest young man. He had an MBO Level 2 diploma in logistics, but felt a strong desire to retrain for the construction industry, especially plumbing.
From the start, Mohammed worked hard and developed step by step. With the right guidance, he has made huge progress in two years. He now has a broad range of construction skills, from plastering and painting to connecting pipes and creating office spaces with plasterboard, complete with all the finishing touches.
Mohammed’s ambition remains strong: he wants to progress and become a qualified plumber. An important next step is getting his driving licence, which he’ll need for his future work. Mohammed is extremely grateful for the support he’s receiving. Getting his licence will bring him one step closer to his dream job at a certified plumbing company.
