Jacob’s story

His dedication and perseverance have led to a positive next step. From his work-experience placement, Jacob moved on to an employer where he is now completing a trial placement. Both Jacob and his employer are positive about the collaboration. He is expected to start a job there soon, for at least seven months, working 40 hours a week.
