SROI
Making an effective, structural impact
TRANSPARENT REPORTING, MEASURABLE EFFECT
Meeting Social Return (SROI) obligations, measurably and easily, with Impact Packages
As an organisation, you want to make an impact. In business and in society. Successful entrepreneurs do that with Everyday Heroes, among others. With more than 250 government bodies, you can use Impact Packages structurally, effectively and in a targeted way to meet your Social Return (SROI) obligations.
SROI (Social Return on Investment) is a requirement in Dutch public contracts: suppliers commit to spending part of the contract value on opportunities for people in a vulnerable position in the labour market.
SROI
“Efficiency and warmth go together perfectly well. When everyone uses their talents and the atmosphere is good, you can move mountains.”
"Our company is doing well, so we feel we should give a lot back to society too. That's why we spend a great deal on social projects at home and abroad. Many AFAS employees volunteer their time for them. All in all, we're involved in around 80 foundations and projects, and we open up our internal training courses free of charge to people who are out of work.
We came into contact with Everyday Heroes through a City of Amsterdam tender. I think it's a great idea to make social return part of a deal like that, very directly. Not least because the investment benefits the city again. Through our Impact Packages, people in Amsterdam who were at a distance from the labour market could get back to work.
What stands out is how Everyday Heroes reports. They tell us in an engaging way what happens to the money. We share those stories internally, which raises the visibility of diverse work, commitment and enthusiasm to do more ourselves."

-
