Tijs is a smart guy and works as a harvest assistant at a beautiful tree nursery, where he is having a great time. Both Tijs and his employer would like him to develop his professional skills, so he could be of even greater value for the company.
With the Power Certificate from Afa Dispensing, it was already possible for Tijs to follow a BBL tree cultivation course last year. During this training, Tijs learned about fertilization and soil use. In addition, he learned more about the sales and trade of plants. He also learned to present himself better and made new contacts.
Tijs has successfully completed the first levels of the course and now he could start additional education. A unique opportunity for Tijs to develop himself which is important for his future at the tree nursery. The great thing is that Afa Dispensing made it possible for Tijs to continue his education.
