Remco follows a practical education at the Fioretti College. He is not a type to be behind a schooldesk and is eager to work hard. All internship companies where Remco did an internship were very satisfied with him and have offered him a job. He made the choice to work at Jess Dakwerken.
He works on roof renovations and new constructions. He often works independently and for his own safety, a VCA certificate is necessary. With the certificate he hads more responsibilities and he is able to grow within the company.
To obtain his VCA certificate he needs extra individual guidance, not that methodical. Thanks to Afa Dispensing's Power Certificate, Remco is able to follow the VCA. Not in a regular setting, but in a small group with good coaching. If he succeeds, it will only help him in the future.
