Ilse has the dream to work, preferably as a childminder.

My name is Ilse and I am 25 years old. When I was 19 I was diagnosed with autism and that caused me to develop depressive symptoms. I also have problems with my stomach and I have Ménière's disease. As a result, I came into contact with the UWV (Employee Insurance Agency) at an early stage. They have indicated that I am unable to work. I have never been able to accept this and I always wanted to keep working. Unfortunately, this didn’t succeed on several attempts because at a certain point I ran into my limitations.

For a long time I have had the dream to work with children, preferably as a childminder. And this is something I am really able to do! Now I am busy working as a caretaker and this is so much fun. Working with children isn’t the same as working for me. It is my passion.

With a lot of guidance, I have been busy arranging everything and in February I hope to be able to officially start my own childminder company. It is important that I keep the guidance / coaching from Match and Work. They can guide me in the beginning to start up and with the communication to the parents. Also they will help me to structure and frame my work.

Thanks to the Impact Package from Intesa SanPaolo Bank Luxembourg, this has now been made possible for me. I am very happy that I finally know what suits me and that I can do this every day with great pleasure.
