Targeted intervention funding goes to that one solution. And together with foundations, the power of this approach is multiplied. With the capacity to reach new target groups, unlock knowledge and improve the way we work.
Foundations share that long view. They invest in the method, in the system, out of vision. And that secures the conditions that make thousands of steps possible: reach in regions where little is happening yet, research into what works, and the further development of an approach that is already proving itself in practice.
For a foundation, too, that's a targeted investment. It fits its own focus on region, target group or theme, and the results can be followed per person and per situation.
What it delivers is continuity. An approach that will be even better five years from now. That's how foundations contribute to direct results and to a movement that is growing fast across the Netherlands.

IMPACT, MEASUREMENT, IMPROVEMENT
The constant impact of Everyday Heroes has become indispensable.
Everyday Heroes makes the step to work, entrepreneurship and activation possible for people in a vulnerable situation. Our targeted interventions remove pain points in programmes that have often already seen heavy investment.
Removing that one practical barrier, exactly the right intervention at exactly the right moment, helps everyone forward. Support workers can do what's needed, people get to work.
Meanwhile, we keep track of what's requested, what the solutions are, what works and what the result is. That's how we're developing a fast, careful and precise system of successful interventions. We know what works and what needs extra attention.
We're the oil in the machine of the sector. We can step in anywhere, with a process that's transparent down to the euro, where reporting matters just as much as the solutions themselves.
HOW IT WORKS FOR FOUNDATIONS
From objective to results, person by person.
Your contribution goes to the solution for one person. Or to the approach that makes thousands of steps possible. Or both. And you follow what it delivers, person by person.

You work on a region, a target group or a theme. Young people, for example, newcomers or a neighbourhood where little is happening yet. We build on that.

In intervention funding: the solution for one person, such as a driving licence or a laptop. Or in the method: reach in new regions, research into what works and further development of the approach. Or in both.

A job coach, caseworker or neighbourhood team sees what someone needs and applies. We assess the application and arrange a laptop, bike, driving licence, certificate or whatever else is needed.

The practical barrier is gone. Someone starts work, a course or their own business, or starts taking part in the neighbourhood.

For every application, we record what was needed, what it cost and what it delivered. With the story behind it.

We use what we learn to improve the approach. So you contribute to direct results and to a way of working that will be even better in five years' time.
